TREES OF BRAZOS BEND STATE PARK

POISON IVY
Poison Ivy can be found on many trees in Brazos Bend State Park as well as along side trails.

The need to stay on trails is necessary to aviod exposure to poison ivy!!

Notice the "hairy" vines climing the tree on the right. They are poison ivy. They may look dead, but can cause a severe rash when touched.
