SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS

In an effort to offer TEKS based educational field trips and programs to local school districts, Brazos Bend State Park offers the following school field trip programs and activities.  Each program is designed to address certain science TEKS as mandated by the Texas Education Agency.  Please “click” on the links above for the desired program for the grade level to view a brief description and the TEKS that are addressed in that program.   This link will also provide information about prices, group size limitations and other requirements. A variety of other programs, presentations and activities can be arranged by special request.   

Reservations must be made in advance for all programs and dates are subject to availability.

The purpose of the Volunteer organization is to assist and educate the visitors of Brazos Bend State Park through
information and interpretive programs and to assist in the care and conservation of the Park.
